Privacy policy

Who we are.

Simpllous Digital Agency is the trading name of Md Sadiqur Rahman, a sole trader based in Dudley, West Midlands. For privacy questions, email sadiqur@simpllous.co.uk.

What we collect.

When you use the contact form, we collect the details you submit: your name, business name, email address, phone number, service interest, budget range, message, and consent to be contacted. If you email or message us directly, we keep that correspondence. If your enquiry becomes a project, we may also keep notes needed to quote, deliver, invoice and support the work.

Why we use it.

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver work, keep project records and meet tax or accounting duties. Under UK GDPR, our lawful basis may be consent when you submit a form, legitimate interests when replying to and managing enquiries, contract when you become a client, and legal obligation for records we must keep.

How your enquiry is handled.

The main enquiry form is processed by Netlify Forms, our site host. Netlify stores the submission and sends it to us by email. Direct email is handled through the mailbox for sadiqur@simpllous.co.uk, using Zoho Mail where that mailbox is active. We do not use Tally for the main enquiry form.

Analytics, cookies and local storage.

This site does not currently use analytics tools or set marketing cookies. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in future, this page will be updated before they go live. Older preview versions used browser localStorage keys for theme and font preferences. The production site clears those keys and does not use them to track you. localStorage stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Who we share it with.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers needed to run the site, email, hosting, forms, accounting, booking or project delivery, and only for those purposes. If we build a booking, CRM or automation system for a client, that system will have its own data-flow terms in the project agreement.

How long we keep it.

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept only as long as needed to deal with the request and reasonable follow-up. Client records, invoices and project correspondence are kept for the period required for UK tax and accounting records, then deleted or archived when no longer needed.

Your rights.

Under UK GDPR, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal data. You can also ask for a copy of data you gave us. Email sadiqur@simpllous.co.uk. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes.

If this notice changes, we update the date above. We do not publish an ICO registration number unless Simpllous Digital Agency holds one.
