Accessibility statement

Last updated: 20 June 2026.

Our commitment.

Accessibility is part of how we build, not an add-on. We want this site, and every site we build for clients, to work for as many people as possible, including those who use a keyboard, a screen reader, voice control, screen magnification, or who prefer reduced motion. If something here gets in your way, tell us and we will fix it.

The standard we aim for.

We build towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA as our working target. We are a small studio rather than a certification body, so we treat this as a standard we design and test against, not a formal audited claim.

What we do on every build.

To support that standard, our sites use semantic HTML so the page structure is clear to assistive technology. We provide visible keyboard focus, a skip-to-content link, and headings in a logical order. We aim for sufficient colour contrast, text that resizes without breaking the layout, and touch targets large enough to use comfortably. Images that carry meaning have descriptive alternative text. Motion respects the "reduced motion" setting in your browser or operating system, so animations are turned down or off when you ask for that.

Known limitations.

A few things are outside our full control. Some pages rely on third-party services such as maps, forms or embedded content, and we cannot guarantee the accessibility of those providers. Older content or images may not yet carry complete alternative text. We review and improve these as we find them, and reports from visitors help us prioritise.

Reporting a problem.

If you find a page, feature or document that is hard to use, please tell us what happened, the page address, and the device or assistive technology you were using. Email sadiqur@simpllous.co.uk or message us on WhatsApp. We aim to reply within one to two working days and will work with you to provide the information or service another way while we fix the issue.

Reasonable adjustments.

If you need information from this site in a different format, such as plain text, larger print, or read aloud over the phone, ask us and we will do our best to provide it. We treat this as part of meeting our duties under the Equality Act 2010.

Changes.

We review this statement as the site changes. The version on this page, with the date above, is the current one.
